We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase on our website. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 18 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
We accept both refund and exchange for Size & Color requests by the customers, our customers have to inform by email or call about the problem and proceed dispatch within 18 days of purchase, in the email they have to attach the order receipt, mentioning order number, and clearly visible the paid amount. to this email address business@leadslee.com.
And they must dispatch the product in original packaging with all tags attached to it, and product should be in original conditions neither worn nor washed, also customer is supposed to provide courier tracking details for the dispatch, and they must follow and take instructions from customer support team before dispatch, because our warehousing facilities might be different based on every order and dispatch locations.
and for the refunds we must inspect the product after receiving at our facilities, and after inspection and satisfactions of the condition we proceed the payment within 30 days. how ever you will receive email corresponding at every step.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be returned fresh, with all tags still attached, and in their original condition.
- Items must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order confirmation.
- Shipping costs for returned items are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

- Make sure to safely pack the item along with all of its attachments in its original packaging.
- Dispatch the item back to the address our customer service team provides you.
- After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are not refundable unless our fault is the reason for the return.
Exchanges:
- We are pleased to exchange items for a different size or color dispatched and notified within given timelines.
- The difference in price between the replaced item and the original will be charged, or a refund will be processed.
Exceptions:
- Items that have been customized are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
