We offer free deliveries all over the world, but for return and replacement customer has to bear the shipping charges, once the order has dispatch we provide order tracking number to the customers by email so they can track their shipment, or in case if order received timely, customer is responsible to inform our support team and raise the dispute case to shipping company, we would assist you through out the process.
